Project Overview
Structural steel design and construction of new entertainment and fitness facilities within the existing City Stars Mall.
Challenge
The project required developing long-span steel framing systems to accommodate cinema halls, gym zones, and food court areas while ensuring minimal impact on existing mall structures and coordinating with architectural and MEP systems in a live commercial environment.
